What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Within Mega Manila we use our own delivery service to ensure that you will receive our chocolates fresh from the production line. We might from time to time use other delivery services such as Air21, LBC, 2GO, Ninja Van or Black Arrow. Our main concern is to keep your order fresh and away from the sun. Nobody likes to receive melted chocolate. For provincial orders please contact us first, as we can’t ship chocolates to every place.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

From the time we hand the Shipment to the Cargo or Shipping Agent it usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive at your place. Within Metro Manila we deliver 99% of non customized/personalized orders the following day. How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box on the “Track your Order” page and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. Please note that there might be a delay of Tracking info of up to 24 hours, as the various shipping companies have to enter the tracking into their system. Should you have any follow up questions, please chat with our Customer Service or send us on email.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

You do not need an account with us to place orders. You can buy and pay as a guest. We do encourage you to create an account with us, as it will make your shopping on Barris Chocolates easier and more fun. As a registered member you will from time to time receive special gifts or discounts. So register now!

How Do I Place an Order?

You find a product you like, then change how many pieces of it you want and hit the “Add to cart” button. The product will now be in your Shopping Cart. You can check your Shopping Cart here. Look for more products and add them to your Shopping Cart.

When you are done adding products to the cart it is time to review your Shopping Cart and the proceed to the Check Out page. Here you will enter you shipping address and other details. Please make sure your address is correct.

Last step here is to Proceed with the Payment.

Payments.

We use Paypal as our payment gateway as this is one of the most secure ways to pay. Using Paypal you can pay using Visa/Mastercard/Bank Accounts and much more. Paypal keeps all your payment details safe and secure. It is hassle free and fast.

We also accept COD payments on Non-customized/personalized products.

Other payment methods accepted are: BDO, BPI, G-Cash, Paymaya, M. Lhuillier and Western Union.

Do I get an order confirmation?

As soon as you have placed your order and paid for it, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email. This might go into your Spam folder, so please check it. Please check the Order Confirmation immediately to make sure the delivery address is correct and the products are what you have actually ordered. As soon as your Order has been placed and your payment confirmed we will start processing your order in our warehouse. It will be carefully packed and be prepared for the Shipping Company to pick it up.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email please contact us immediately so we can assist you and ensure that the order has been correctly processed. We will not take orders for products we do not have ready for shipment, so no back-orders.

My Chocolate Was Damaged.

All shipments will be packaged to protect the products from damage during shipment. When you receive your order please inspect it immediately. If you notice any damage you should make a note of it and take a picture of it. Do not return any products or shipments before you have notified us and received a code to attach to the return shipment. Immediately send us an email at info@barrischocolates.com including your order number, a picture of the damaged products and a brief description as well as the date of arrival. You can also send it to us using our Facebook messenger if you prefer. Please wait for our Quality Control Team to evaluate your claim within 3 to 4 days, by which time they will get back to you either by email, telephone or through your Facebook Messenger.

Cancellations & Refunds

We do not accept cancellations of orders as each chocolate is made to order for you. Our chocolates are not returnable or refundable as they are perishable and consumable products. Should there be something wrong with the box or chocolate we will be happy to exchange it. Please check the Question and Answer under Damages

Note: Product colors, weights, sizes and shapes might vary slightly from the pictures as all our chocolates are handmade. All pictures and videos are for illustration purposes only.
